  • Texas is an open carry state and any private establishment can forbid guns on the premises, as far as I know. You don't need a religious exemption.

  • Any private business can say " No weapons allowed " . Arizona is my home away from home and is an " open carry " state . That said , It's not uncommon to see the occasional " No Weapons Allowed " sign .
